We'll be at North Hills in Raleigh from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday, with all kinds of free fun for kids and their adults.

The morning is part of the North Hills Kids series, which runs 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday, Wednesday and Friday through August. Here's what we'll have!
9 a.m. to 10 a.m.: A free Stroller Strides workout for moms who do not already have an active membership or class pass. Meet a little before 9 a.m. in front of North Hills' movie theater. This is for moms and their stroller-riding kids from Fit4Mom Raleigh.
10 a.m. to 10:20 a.m.: Preston Clarke, a singer, songwriter, dad and creator of Notasium, will perform his family-friendly music. Clarke is in the process of building a music-based place space for kids in Durham.
UPDATE! Because of a death in the family, First-in-Fire may not be able to make it. Check Go Ask Mom's Facebook page for the latest. 10:30 a.m.: First-in-Fire Company's fire truck rolls in for kids to explore and climb on.
11 a.m.: A free 40-minute SproutSongs Music class.
We'll also have free child IDs courtesy of the Wake County Sheriff's Office and New York Life Insurance Company; an edible craft from Flour Power Kids Cooking Studio; cotton candy from Oscar William Gourmet Cotton Candy Co.; big blocks for the kids to play on; and more.

Find us at 4158 Main at North Hills St., Raleigh. I hope to see you there!
