Just a quick reminder: Go Ask Mom will be hosting the last of our three big events at North Hills for 2017 from 8 a.m. to noon, Saturday, at the Midtown Farmers' Market.

You'll find us in the Commons area, 4160 Main at North Hills St., Raleigh.

Here's the line up (in addition to the delicious local foods and products at the market):

8 a.m., FIT4MOM Midtown Raleigh will offer a HIIT workout, which is a high intensity workout program for women. The community class will be free, but as part of a Sweat 4 Texas fundraiser there will be a suggested donation of $10 per person, which will go to Hurricane Harvey relief.
8 a.m. to noon, Baby+Co, the boutique birth center in Cary, will offer some activities for kids, along with a space to breastfeed and ask an onsite lactation consultant questions. (The lactation consultant will be there from about 10 a.m. to noon).
9 a.m., Little Guru Kids Yoga will host a free, hour-long family yoga session. The studio recently opened near downtown Raleigh and offers programs for toddlers to teens.
9 a.m. to 11 a.m., the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences will offer some chances to meet and greet with some animals
We'll also have some live music, crafts, including some activities from Flour Power Kids Cooking Studios, Select Sitters and Skill-by-Skill!

Hope to see you there!
