Durham, N.C. — Police arrested a man in connection with the killing of an 18-year-old high-school student inside her apartment Sunday night.
Cory Jiggets, 19, of Fidelity Drive, has been charged with murder in the death of Skye Moniqua Lee, of 3628 Keystone Place, Apartment 8-B.
Officers responded to calls about a shooting at the apartment around 10:45 p.m. Inside, they found the body of Lee. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers said a 10-month-old baby found inside the apartment was unharmed.
