Patient escaped Danville mental health hospital
Toby George Smith, 42, is described as a white man, 5 foot 6 inches tall, 197 pounds, with dark hair and green eyes. When he was last seen at the hospital, Monday evening, he was wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans, police said.

Danville police asked for help Tuesday in locating a patient who had escaped the Southern Virginia Mental Health Institute.
Toby George Smith, 42, is described as a white man, 5 foot 6 inches tall, 197 pounds, with dark hair and green eyes. When he was last seen at the hospital, Monday evening, he was wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans, police said.
Police said Smith is extremely violent and should be considered dangerous.
