Let's face it, parenthood isn't always easy. At times, you're exhausted, overwhelmed and worried as you try to mold these little people into independent adults with a solid moral compass ... (at least, I can't be the only one who feels that way).

Gabriella Johr, a mom of two in Raleigh and licensed clinical psychologist with Orenstein Solutions, tells me that one key to surviving these years is to surround yourself with other parents you can celebrate with and commiserate with.

"You're not alone," she said. "All parents have difficulties."

Watch my video chat with Johr to hear more and check Orenstein Solution's website for more about the services it offers. This posts wraps up our series with Johr. Check the box above for more. Thank you, Gabriella!
