The Carolina Panthers agreed to terms on a three-year deal with free agent defensive tackle A'Shawn Robinson, according to several media reports.
The NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reported the deal is worth up to $22.5 million.
No deal becomes official until the start of the league year on Wednesday.
Robinson played the 2023 season for the New York Giants. He played from 2020-2022 for the Los Angeles Rams and from 2016-2019 for the Detroit Lions.
Robinson reunites with Panthers defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero, who was a defensive coach for the Rams from 2017-2021.
Robinson has played in 110 NFL games and made 74 starts.
The news of Robinson's signing comes a day after the Panthers signed offensive guards Damien Lewis and Robert Hunt.
