RALEIGH, N.C. — Police have arrested one man suspected of setting a fire Sunday inside a Walmart in Raleigh's Brier Creek area.

The suspect, Jesse James Marcus Hall, 20, was located Monday night and charged with injury to personal property. He was being held at the Wake County Detention Center on Monday night and is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday afternoon.

Initially, police said that they were searching for two men in relation to the incident. The second man will not be charged in connection with the incident, said Raleigh police.

Both men surrendered to authorities after they learned police were searching for them.

The fire was reported shortly before 1:30 a.m., and store employees were able to put it out. No injuries were reported, and damage was limited to products and shelving in the household products area.
