Images from a security video in a Fayetteville Walmart story show two men Cumberland County deputies are looking for in connection with numerous thefts throughout the county.

— Cumberland County deputies said Thursday that they are searching for two men in connection with numerous thefts throughout the county.

The string of thefts began in September, when vehicles in the Brookshire and Acorn Ridge subdivisions were broken into, and wallets and credit cards were stolen, authorities said.

Security video from a nearby Walmart store showed two men using stolen credit cards to purchase electronics, clothing, phone cards and other items. The men were seen leaving the store in a light-colored, four-door sedan that is missing a hubcap on the right front passenger side.

Anyone who recognizes either of the men is asked to call the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office at 910-323-1500 or dial 911 for immediate assistance.
