All southbound lanes of Capital Boulevard near Wake Forest reopened just after 7 p.m. after a tractor trailer accident forced the road to close earlier in the afternoon.
Authorities said that the tractor trailer was traveling northbound when it crossed the median and overturned near Purnell Road at about 4 p.m.
