RALEIGH, N.C. — I had my first Monster Cookie after a visit to Marbles Kids Museum with my toddler. He is a big fan of the Cookie Monster and therefore is constantly running around asking for cookies.
Upon exiting the museum, I noticed these giant cookies in the Corner Store gift shop. Imagine how huge my son's eyes got when I showed him the Monster Cookie!
Local mom and baker Michelle Stees makes these tasty creations that come in flavors like chocolate chip, lemon and sugar cookie. (Read more about her in a feature by our own Go Ask Mom.) They are definitely big enough to share, but after one bite you won't really want to.

I am happy to report that my son helped me devour our "choc cookie" as he calls it.

You can get Monster Cookies at Marbles' Corner Store, Quality Grocery and at local festivals.
