RALEIGH, N.C. — A popular new fitness studio is opening up at North Hill mall in Raleigh, according to its real estate company.

Orangetheory Fitness will open this fall on the ground level of Park Central Apartments, Kane Realty said in a news release. The studio will occupy almost 3,200 square feet in the building.

“We are pleased to have Orangetheory Fitness joining us at North Hills,” Kane Realty CEO John Kane said in a statement. “Yoga and cycling combined with Orangetheory, as well as healthy dining options at Park Central, will make this a destination for our health-minded customers.”

Orangetheory's fitness programs focus on interval training, which is "designed to maintain a target (heart rate) zone that stimulates metabolism," the company said. The gym uses rowing machines, free weights and treadmills for its workouts.

The North Hills location will add to the growing number of Orangetheory facilities in the Triangle area.
