Orange County woman killed in wreck

— A 19-year-old woman from Efland was killed Saturday evening when her car ran off the road and hit a tree in Orange County, troopers said.

Ashley Ann Terry died from injuries sustained in the wreck, which occurred at about 10 p.m. on Interstate 85, near Interstate 40, troopers said.

Neither alcohol nor speed appeared to have been factors in the wreck, troopers said.

    I am just wondering why all 5 comments HAD to state the OBVIOUS. But again, the way they have 'APPROVE" the comments with a HUGE delay to seeing them, I guess the others maybe didn't know each other were all commenting on the same aspect. GOLO really kinda sucks.

    Yeah, I noticed that too. They must have meant I-85.

    More than likely WRAL got it wrong, not the trooper...
