One injured in shooting at Durham Chick-Fil-A

— One man was injured around 10:45 p.m. Friday night in a shooting at the Chick-Fil-A Restaurant on Residence Inn Boulevard in Durham, police said.  

The man was taken to the hospital, but police said he suffered non-life threatening injuries. His name was not released. 

No arrests have been made in the ongoing investigation.

    It is a good thing there was a gun laying round. Otherwise it might have degenerated into a fist fight and no one wants to see one of them.
