One dead after 3 teens shot in KCK

Kansas City, KS — Police in Kansas City, KS are searching for the person who shot three teenagers inside a vehicle late Sunday night.
It happened about 9:07 in the 6100 block of Haskell Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found three black juveniles, shot and inside a vehicle. One of the teens died before police arrived. The other two are in the hospital, with one in critical condition.
A house near the vehicle was hit multiple times by bullets.
Police have not made an arrest in the case and have not released information about a possible suspect.
Officers say they do not know if the teens lived in the neighborhood.
Detectives are going throughout the neighborhood asking if anyone saw anything or have information that could be helpful during their investigation.
