One creative photographer is turning newborns into disney princesses

As if professional newborn photos weren’t cute enough already, one photographer took her creativity to a whole new level. This shutterbug turned a group of newborn baby girls into Disney princesses.
Karen Marie, who owns the company Belly Beautiful Portraits, dressed six tiny babies to look like some of our favorite Disney royalty. And, of course, the internet is going crazy over them.
Each baby portrayed a different, popular princess:
- Ariel from “The Little Mermaid”
- Belle from "Beauty and the Beast.”
- Jasmine from “Aladdin”
- Snow White
- Sleeping Beauty and
The Roseville, California photographer included some of her client’s little ones. But she also posted a model call-out on her business Facebook page in order to find just the perfect princesses for this magical shoot.
Marie has plenty of experience with newborns. The mom of three has been photographing newborns for a decade. She also was once a labor and delivery nurse as well as a childbirth educator.
When asked about this precious Disney-inspired shoot, Marie told HuffPost that Disney has always been an important part of her life.
"The amazing tales of love and heroism have always been an inspiration to me,” Marie said. “And now I see it inspiring my girls."
Each of the little Disney princesses also received a separate photoshoot too, complete with an entire set to match. Marie said she designed the sets that reflect the various settings of the Disney movies. She loved seeing how her vision came together so perfectly for this shoot.
Sew Trendy Accessories, a company that designs and makes dresses and accessories for photoshoots, is responsible for the dresses each newborn wore.
More Disney princesses photoshoots planned
The photoshoot was such a success that Marie is already working on another one, which will include princess Moana, Mulan, Tiana from "The Princess and the Frog,", and Rapunzel.
The photos continue to be shared by the hundreds of thousands around social media. Marie said both she and the parents were surprised so many enjoy seeing them.
Adding, “I hope it’s because I captured a small portion of the Disney story in each image and that people see the beauty in what I was trying to create.”
