Details of his visit will be announced later.

The visit will be his third to North Carolina in the last year but his first stop in the Triangle since his 2012 re-election.

He says he has created 8,000,000 jobs while in office. I do not beleive him, but here is the math. 8 mil devided by 61 months in office is approx 140,000 a month. Great, it takes 170,000 a month to keep up with population growth. No wonder peoople have stopped looking and all these folks are getting entitlements now. Reagan averaged 300,000 a month and GWB averaged almost 200,000 a month. Shovel ready jobs are govt funded jobs for infrastructure, not private sector jobs. Maggie Thatcher was right, Socialism is great until you run out of other people's money. SRW

I hear the State is giving him a tax break for the filming of "Clueless in Raleigh!" Of course the same movie can be made regardless of where this empty suit shows up.

Stay Away! You're visits cause traffic jams in RTP and I'd rather hear about the economy from someone who knows something about it. Someone who will create meaningful jobs not just seasonal glitches.

    Stay Away

Economists generally were shocked and disheartened that U.S. employers added a paltry 74,000 jobs in December 2013, the smallest net gain since January 2011, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. But true to form, the obama administration again says that unemployment fell, this time to 6.7%. Methinks thou art cooking the books!

When the obama government can make citizens buy health insurance for the "greater good" or "fairness", there is nothing left to stop the government from making us buy anything that they decide for the same reason. Next it will be obama snacks, because michelle thinks that they are more healthy than what you eat now, or volvo's because they have a good safety record, or security systems because they improve security. There is simply no end to where this will go. Leftists/Socialists are dragging the US down the slippery slope of hades into the abyss of communism!

    Balderdash! http://www.factcheck.org/2010/09/did-the-stimulus-create-jobs/

Excerpt: "As we have written before, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office released a report in August that said the stimulus bill has "[l]owered the unemployment rate by between 0.7 percentage points and 1.8 percentage points" and "[i]ncreased the number of people employed by between 1.4 million and 3.3 million."
Simply put, more people would be unemployed if not for the stimulus bill. The exact number of jobs created and saved is difficult to estimate, but nonpartisan economists say there’s no doubt that the number is positive."

For you obama supporters here are a few of his unique achievements:
1st President to apply for college aid as a foreign student, then deny he was a foreigner.
1st President to have a social security number from a state he has never lived in.
1st President to preside over a cut to the credit rating of the United States .
1st President to require all Americans to purchase a product from a third party.
1st President to spend a trillion dollars on shovel-ready jobs and later admit there was no such thing as shovel-ready jobs.
1st President to abrogate bankruptcy law to turn over control of companies to his union supporters. 1st President to encourage racial discrimination and intimidation at polling places. 1st President to arbitrarily declare an existing law unconstitutional and refuse to enforce it. 1st President to threaten insurance companies if they publicly speak-out on the reasons for their rate increases. Lots more anti-American 1st's from obama to come!
