A Kentucky courthouse issued a same-sex marriage license this morning after county clerk Kim Davis was jailed yesterday for refusing to issue licenses to any couple. This is the first license issued to a same-sex couple in Rowan County, KY since the Supreme Court's ruling for marriage equality on June 26.
