Northgate Mall in Durham is offering a bunch of free holiday activities in December for families.
Here's what's scheduled:
Ornament Making with the Durham Arts Council, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Dec. 3, Dec. 10 and Dec. 17, in suite 132.
Free Holiday Movies, 9:45 a.m., Dec. 7 (A Charlie Brown Christmas), Dec. 14 (Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer) and Dec. 21 (How the Grinch Stole Christmas), suite 132.
The Balloon Lady in the Discovery Nook, 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., Dec. 3, suite 118.
Bright Star Touring Theatre, 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., Dec. 17, suite 118. See this delightful theater company perform holidays songs in a colorful, festive presentation for children and their families.
And, of course, Santa is at the mall, sitting for pictures, through Dec. 24.
