North Hills Kids open play begins Monday

Posted March 28, 2013

North Hills Kids

North Hills Kids, the open play time at the Raleigh shopping area, opens on Monday.

The free activities take place in the Commons, that area next to Starbucks and Ben & Jerry's and across from the movie theater. North Hills brings out their large, colorful foam blocks for the kids to build with, climb on and play with. And then they'll have special events scheduled throughout the season.

It runs from April to August from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Wednesday and Friday. On Thursdays, North Hills is packed for its Beach Music Series, which includes a special dance area for the kids. North Hills Kids

As Go Ask Mom readers know, we always are a part of this great event at North Hills and we will be back this season. Look for us there in May (the date will be scheduled soon) and Aug. 21, along with a date during one of North Hills' Midtown Farmers' Markets on a Saturday.

I'm looking forward to it!

Check out North Hills Kids on Facebook for the latest.

If you're going to go to this, drive into the back entrance of the parking garage (Lassiter and Currituck) and park there... It'll be much easier than trying to maneuver through the front entrance of North Hills... Its the Target Entrance, if you know where that is...
