None hurt when planes collide during Bragg training

— Two military transport planes landed safely late Monday after colliding during a training flight near Fort Bragg, officials said Tuesday.

The "in-flight incident" occurred at about 8:30 p.m. between an Army C-27J and an Air Force C-130H, officials said.

None of the crew members on either plane was injured, but both aircraft sustained damage, officials said.

The collision is under investigation.

    Good to hear both aircraft landed safely and none of the flight crew or passengers were injured.
