Fireworks truck explodes on Ocracoke, two deadA truck carrying fireworks exploded, killing two people and critically injuring three others who were setting up for Ocracoke Island's July 4th celebration. The SBI and ATF are investigating the cause of the explosion.

Family: Missing Rocky Mount woman was friends with women found deadYolanda Lancaster, 36, was reported missing on March 30, according to police records. Family said Lancaster knew two of the women who were found dead in Rocky Mount.
