CHARLOTTE, N.C. — More than 3,000 school librarians from around the country are gathering in North Carolina to talk about the future of their profession.
The American Association of School Librarians begins its 14th annual National Conference Exhibition on Thursday in Charlotte.
Association officials plan to host workshops on literacy, technology, learning skills and advocating for more school libraries.
The four-day conference concludes on Sunday.
