— Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama plans a Wednesday rally in Greensboro, his second day of campaigning in North Carolina in as many weeks.

Meanwhile, his rival, Hillary Clinton, plans to make her first visit to North Carolina on Thursday. Details of the visit haven't been released.

Greensboro Mayor Yvonne Johnson said Obama has planned an 11a.m. town hall-style meeting at the Greensboro Coliseum. The rally will be open to the public, but space is limited.

Tickets are available at the Guilford County Democratic Headquarters, 6600 W. Market St., or at The Atrium on the University of North Carolina-Greensboro campus, 1000 Spring Garden Center. Tickets are first-come, first-served.

Obama visited Fayetteville and Charlotte last Wednesday.

That would be correct. If you can not afford to pay for it, then tough. There are lots of things I can not afford. I do not have any of those things. I really do not understand what happened to most people in this country. Far too many have this entitlement syndrome. That was not and is not part of my value system. For some reason people have this idea it is okay for the Government to take from one citizen, and give to another. There is never a time when I believe that practice is acceptable. Where does this end? Why stop with health care? Why not have Government issued, food, housing, transportation, entertainment, and health care? Then we can save billions on education. Why bother with that, you won't need to work, all your needs will be supplied by the government.

Obama and the race issues speech, the real issue is the premise that the federal government is going to fix whatever is broken. The federal government is never going to fix the heart of man. You can regulate all you want but until the heart of man changes you will not see a result. That is what Easter Sunday is all about.

Hmmmm... maybe leave health care a private business. Then, if you bring cash to pay for your treatment at the time of service, you get seen first, people with insurance get rated on the payment status the insurance company has with the hospital, so if you have insurance, you better hope they pay the claims in a timely fashion, then people without healthcare get seen last. It's not based on seriousness of the problem, it's based on money. A hospital is a business in the free market.

"Obama is not a racist. He is a good God fearing man and I respect him very much. He is the way to the future whether any of you want to admit it or not. He is the chief so get used to it."

HA. Now that gave me something to laugh at. The future of what? Giving free handouts to everybody and their mama and baby daddy? That's not who I want for president. And he won't win anyway so why bother.

Yeah, I had to go to the emergency room at Rex about a year ago, and they took the Latino person before me, and I heard her tell the patient administrator she did not have insurance. I had insurance.
