Duke says it's meeting all requirements of coal ash clean-up; homeowners say it's not enough

Three years after a major spill in the Dan River brought widespread attention to the issue of coal ash disposal, environmental advocates say the process of closing ash ponds at power plants across North Carolina isn't moving fast enough.
