'The Donald' addresses NC GOP

Posted June 1, 2012

— The North Carolina Republican Party is gathering to energize GOP activists heading into a presidential election year that also features a competitive race for governor.

The state party holds its convention beginning Friday in Greensboro.

Two former presidential candidates — former Gov. Tim Pawlenty of Minnesota and Texas Gov. Rick Perry — will speak at convention events Saturday. Donald Trump will speak at the Friday evening banquet.

Party business includes voting on a platform, electing delegates to the Republican National Convention and picking two Republican National Committee members.

Republicans also will receive training as they seek to help Mitt Romney win North Carolina's 15 electoral votes after President Barack Obama narrowly won the state four years ago. Pat McCrory is running again for governor.

Just curious, but where's the love for Trump among the rabid right? Ya'll act like you're ashamed of Donald Trump being the go-to guy for RoboRomney............never mind, we can see why. I heard on the radio that the GOP will be passin' out paper bags on election day to put over your heads so nobody will see you voting for Mitt. heh heh heh. ;)

I think that it is purely wonderful that all of these honest an upright people with so much intgerity an ethics are finally here in the great north state. not even an noone elese out there should even com close to actually thinking that therre republican at their great convention are anything even close to being forthright honestan that they even have one little grain of intgerity nor ethics in their whole bodys for it just isn't so they are the most corrupt immoral an unethicial lying an disgracful people that there is anywhere else in the entire state of north carolina i wonder if they all took buses to washington , d.c yesterday to witness the hanging of g.w. bush an his first lady( gag). the only bad thing about the hanging of george w bush yeaterday is that it wasnt with an actual rope but was instead with a wire to hang his picture in the white house. i feel sure that the wonderful donal trump would be a great vice presidential candiate i think that the mitten should appoint him
