Perdue, GOP each win one

Legislative Republicans announced this afternoon they won't fight Gov. Bev Perdue's veto of Senate Bill 13, a budget-cutting bill that would have raided job development funds.  

But Perdue says she won't veto H2, a GOP-backed measure that would add NC to a lawsuit filed by multiple states seeking to overturn the individual mandate portion of the federal health care reform law. 

And Wednesday, the N.C. Senate debates big changes to the state's charter schools system. It's all in tonight's rundown. Watch the video for more.
