McCrory talks business in latest ad

Republican candidate for governor once again draws on his credentials a former mayor of Charlotte in his latest campaign ad.

Titled "Already," McCrory delivers a slice of his economic plan to voters. He makes the pitch that government regulations are getting in the way of business. The script reads:

When I was mayor, we brought a lot of new companies and jobs into our city.

But, you know what was even better?

How we helped the businesses that were already there grow.

The big ones and the little ones.

We can do that all over North Carolina and put people back to work.

We’re a GREAT state.

We’ll be competitive again, get out of your way and let you prosper.

I’m Pat McCrory and I’m running for governor.
