State employees say a proposal to give the state treasurer power to approve wellness incentives for the state employee health plan could end up costing workers.
A newly created regional authority would take control of North Carolina's largest airport under a bill tentatively approved by the Senate Tuesday. A vote to send the measure to the House is expected Wednesday.
