You'll see recycled animals and crafts on the grounds of the Fair, but you'll see recycling other places as well.
Marie Dowdee of Efland has a booth in the Village of Yesteryear. She has applied her quilling skills to recycled CDs, turning them into battery-operated clocks. I saw a number of scenes including penguins, angels, and the underwater landscape you can see in the picture.
Of course, with the increasing popularity of music downloads, some folks might say that CDs belong in the Village of Yesteryear, but I think it's a little too early for that! They do make cute clocks, though.
