Even three years into the new opening day, it feels weird to be typing this, but: The North Carolina State Fair OPENS TOMORROW! At 3pm! If you're all about the rides take advantage; tomorrow is the only day you can take advantage of unlimited ride wristbands, and the WRAL crew is saying clouds and showers will give way to clearing and windy conditions in the afternoon.

Not going to be able to make the tweetup but still want to add a little tech to your Fair experience? No problem; there's an app for that. The North Carolina State Fair has developed applications for Android and iPhone. I don't have access to an iPhone, but I'll try to snag an Android phone and test the app during the Fair.
