Mike Simpson who works with Davenport Landscaping, was mowing an adjacent property, saw/reported the fire and ran up to the building to make sure no one was in there. The blast from the chemical explosion caused some thermal burns and a few scratches from flying debris. He's been treated and is ok.
I know these because I am an employee of Davenport Landscaping.
