Cumberland man faces child porn charges

Cecil Tyrone Hubbard, 43, of 123 Wade Stedman Road, was charged with 10 counts each of second- and third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He was being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $150,000 bond.

A tip from the National Centers for Missing and Exploited Children led Cumberland County investigators to a house a couple of blocks from Stedman Elementary School, where they found child pornography, authorities said.
