A man charged in the June 2009 shooting death of a Fayetteville convenience store owner was arrested Tuesday night in Florida.

Shane Tradale Johnson, 22, was apprehended in Lehigh Acres, Fla., following a tip to Lee County (Fla.) Sheriff's Office deputies. He was charged with a fugitive warrant from North Carolina.

Johnson was charged with involuntary manslaughter in the shooting death of Ya-Ya Food Mart owner Waheed Abdulla.

Abdulla, 30, went outside his store, at 3122 Murchison Road, to break up a disturbance and was hit by a stray bullet, police said.

Michael Antoine McLaurin, 27, was charged with first-degree murder, discharging a weapon into an occupied vehicle and possession of a firearm by a felon in the case.

Johnson also was wanted on charges stemming from a separate break-in and larceny.

He looks like the vampire from Twilight...

Glad they got him. Life in prison without parole. They needs to cut those dreads before entering prison. Makes him look awful and not cool.

YESSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!! THANK GOD ..the day we lost fozzie was a real blow to the community. For those lucky enough to meet him then you already know what kind of man he was...and for those of you who didn't he was the kind of man that made sure you didn’t go without...he help everyone with everything..fozzie would have given he shirt off his back if you would have asked ...this "thing" pictured above is NOT a man so i will not even give him the respect of calling him one..."it" was big and bad when "it" had a gun, but ran when it came time to face the music...I hope you rot in prison forever for what you did!!

"I have seen the promised land and it will have all men equal..." Cell block 6 in general population!!!!

What does this statement mean. Please explain. Glad they caught this creep. Lock him up and throw away the key.

Good riddance!
