Raleigh, N.C. — A head-on collision on Poole Road in east Raleigh sent five people to the hospital Tuesday night.
Troopers did not release the names of any of the people involved but said none had life-threatening injuries.
According to the North Carolina Highway Patrol, a driver tried to pass in a no-passing zone and swerved into an on-coming car. The passing driver was found to be at fault and would face charges, troopers said.
