Police said Wednesday that they have arrested a Durham man who they say is suspected of exposing himself to a 10-year-old girl at a Durham Target.

Enrique Angeles Montano, 47, of Hermine Street, was charged Nov. 17 with felony indecent exposure and taking indecent liberties with a child under the age of 12 in connection with the Oct. 4 report.

The child’s mother said she and her daughter were shopping at the Target on Chapel Hill Boulevard when a man approached the girl, exposed himself and made comments to her.

The girl told her mother, and they reported it to the store manager. The mother called police the next day.

Montano was also charged with taking indecent liberties with a child under the age of 12 in an August 2009 incident that happened at a Golden Corral on Chapel Hill Boulevard.

The restaurant’s manager said Montano was an employee there until he quit Tuesday.

Montano was in the Durham County jail Wednesday afternoon under a $1,010,000 bond.

WHY was this 10-year-old girl NOT being properly supervised by her parent? It is NOT Target's or anyone else's job to babysit for irresponsible parents. The mother should be charged with child endangerment, for neglecting her DUTY as a parent. Was the child wandering around or peeking into the men's fitting rooms, where it would be quite possible to see something that wasn't intended for her to see? STOP your sick, vigilante, fantasy torture of this man before you have the FACTS. According the the LAW, this man is INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. Maybe you'd appreciate that if you or your son or brother was being falsely accused. If there was no conviction after the charges in 2009, chances are that it was because there was NO EVIDENCE, due to it being a simple misunderstanding, or maybe a personal vendetta. Target stores are full of recording devices. IF a crime was committed in this case, there will be photographic evidence. If not, then the charges will, and should, be dropped.

Another pervert that needs to go UNDER the jail!

"Edgar709 didn't mention stopping the hate of the illegals, he mentioned that people here (and other places) automatically assume that someone who has a hispanic name is here illegally. There are a ton more legal people with hispanic surnames than there are illegal in NC and in the US. But people can't see beyond the bigoted end of their noses." To rescuefan: How does wondering if someone is illegal make them a bigot? That makes no sense. Furthermore I am sick of people on here constantly accusing people of being bigots. Lets see... what do you call it when you sterotype people because of their race or religion or where they happen to have grown up? People should listen to themselves once in a while.

People like this guy need to be dropped off the deep end of a pier wearing cement shoes.

"No excuse for this. He needs to swing..." gmarcum

For flashing??? He needs to swing if he molests or rapes.
