Former Wilson County principal acquitted on porn charges

A jury has acquitted a for Wilson County principal of charges that he had child pornography.

Ronald Earl Barringer was charged in March with eight counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor after authorities found images showing underage girls engaged in sexual activity on his computer.

Barringer was the principal of Springfield Middle School.

They never seem to showcase a person's innocence, as much as they blast what they portray as guilt. I wish the same efforts were made in the goal of getting his career back. Middle school principle/teenage girls, those two things alone are a life killer almost, much less his career. I hope he can get back on his feet soon. Good Luck Fella!!

A man's life has been ruined. This is so sad...

Notice how this is just a blurb about his innocence (or assumed innocence), but the original story was much more of a deal. Give us some info on why he was aquitted

That's my line of thinking dj. He has already lost his job and his reputation is ruined. So now does he get his career back and a public apology?

Not guilty still not going to get his career back...
