Cary, N.C. — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons canceled a Silver Alert Monday morning for Jasmine Madonna Fulcher, who was reported missing Saturday night.
Fulcher, 32, was last seen at 1002 Wilshire Drive. Police did not release any information about her condition or how she was found.
