Site SearchRaleigh, N.C. — A 20-year-old Raleigh man faces charges in connection with accusations that he had a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl.
Lionel Quinto, of 4469 Cardinal Grove Blvd., has been charged with second-degree kidnapping and taking indecent liberties with a minor.
Raleigh police said that Quinto and the victim were in a relationship and that the allegations were reported by the girl's mother.
Quinto was placed in the Wake County jail under a $100,000 secured bond and scheduled to appear in court Monday. He was also ordered to have no contact with the victim.
In May, Quinto was convicted of assault on a female and sentenced to probation, according to state Department of Correction records.
