Raleigh man faces murder charge after alleged acquaintance dies of beating

Raleigh, N.C. — Raleigh police upgraded the charges Thursday against a man accused of beating a neighbor after the victim died.

Andrew Ryan Grainger, 31, of 1317 Kent Road, Apt. B in Raleigh, faces a murder charge after his alleged victim, James Lloyd King, 52, died Thursday.

Police found King early Wednesday in the parking lot of the apartment complex where he and Grainger both lived, Trees and Leaves on Kent Road. Police said the men knew each other.

These young people will never learn. Well, they are learning the hard way, because they know all and will not listen to no one. Send him to prison for 50 years and by golly he will listen or suffer the consequences.
