Goldsboro police have charged a 17-year-old with shooting a woman he doesn't know in the buttocks.

Angeline Hagans told police that a man she didn't recognize shot her while she was standing in her home around 12:30 p.m. Monday.

Isiah J. Jacobs was arrested Wednesday in connection with the shooting.

More details about the shooting weren't released.

Jacobs was on probation stemming from 2009 convictions on three counts of felony breaking and entering, two counts of larceny and one count of first-degree burglary, according state Department of Correction records.

Oh no.. he probably had a bad childhood and all.. its not his fault... (joking)

You know what this story needs? More midnight basketball!! I'm sure he's a "good boy" and all.

I could really get started on a subject like this. It's really sad. Young people that are so hopeless and insecure in this life. They bypass all the sad emotions and go directly into survival mode. A country that is driven by greed and entertainment. So many feel lacking. This is still a pretty good country to live in, but it could be so much better for all if we could be all for one and one for all. Sorry about the dis-integrator comments. But if one comes to my door,,,he just better be on his way??? To someone else's door??? I don't think I can allow that either.

I vote for the crack head disintegration traps.

We need some traps that these crack heads are lured into and disintegrated. I know this sounds cruel but we aren't going to do anything about the scale of ignorance that exists in that mindset/ group.
