Goldsboro, N.C. — Goldsboro police have charged a 17-year-old with shooting a woman he doesn't know in the buttocks.
Angeline Hagans told police that a man she didn't recognize shot her while she was standing in her home around 12:30 p.m. Monday.
Isiah J. Jacobs was arrested Wednesday in connection with the shooting.
More details about the shooting weren't released.
Jacobs was on probation stemming from 2009 convictions on three counts of felony breaking and entering, two counts of larceny and one count of first-degree burglary, according state Department of Correction records.
