Raleigh, N.C. — A Raleigh man is accused of exposing himself to a woman in a parking lot at 300 W. Hargett St.
Brandon Quentin Barbour, 19, of 6221 Darwin Court, was arrested Tuesday after the alleged incident.
He was charged with one count of indecent exposure and taken to the Wake County jail.
Barbour's court date was scheduled for April 29.
