Durham, N.C. — A Durham man was charged Sunday with murder after a man was found stabbed to death Saturday in front of an apartment at 2905 Rochelle St.

Augustine Castillo Mendoza, 39, was arrested late Sunday morning and taken to the Durham County jail, police said.

Mendoza is accused of stabbing Manuel D. Lopez Mata, 32, of Durham, during an argument Saturday evening. Lopez Mata died at the scene, police said.
