Raleigh, N.C. — A Raleigh man died Monday night after a vehicle hit the back of his mo-ped and he was ejected, according to troopers.
The crash happened on Interstate 540 west near Leesville. Bently Cornell Foreman, 39, died from his injuries, authorities said.
Timothy Sean Williams, 39, from Wake Forest, told authorities that he did not see the mo-ped and hit it from behind, troopers said. Charges were pending.

Charges pending could mean anything too I guess. Or maybe it is verbal shorthand for "we haven't a clue".
