The FBI on Friday asked for public assistance to apprehend two men wanted in separate robberies.

Phillip Thomas "Scoob" Williams, 36, is wanted on a federal charge of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution on an attempted murder charge, while Jonathan Lamar "Sinatra" Davis, 25, is wanted in connection with a bank robbery.

Cary police say Williams shot a woman in the stomach on June 17, 2007, as she was making a making an ATM deposit at a Bank of America branch on Maynard Road. He then grabbed her deposit and fled to a waiting car outside Cary Towne Center, police said.

Terrance Adam Lyles, 33, and Travis Monique Price, 26, have already been charged in the case.

Raleigh police say Davis robbed a Wachovia bank branch on Six Forks Road on Jan. 14, 2008. During the hold-up, a teller was hit on the head with a shotgun, and the robber fired a shot into the ceiling, police said.

Anyone with information on either Williams or Davis is asked to call the Charlotte Division of the FBI at 704-377-9200.

Wait! Isn't that Dave Chapelle?

I agree with the last post! Let the public hunt them down!

Stick up "Wanted Dead or Alive" posters with thier pics and info, and let the public be a part of the solution. Offer a healthy reward. It'd be cheaper for all of us than paying the legal costs and housing & feeding them for years, or at least until our backbone-lacking judicial system turns them back out on the public. If a citizen shows up with their bodies, pay the reward and chunk them in a box 6 feet under. No more crime to worry about from them and the world's a better place. Can you tell I'm no bleeding heart liberal?

Why waste the resources chasing them down? They'll just let them go anyway.

They are just implementing wealth redistribution at the community level.
