Rocky Mount, N.C. — Rocky Mount police are searching for a man wanted in a drive-by shooting on Gay Street that injured a 19-year-old late Saturday.
Investigators said that Bobby Jones shot Caliuss Hagans while he was sitting on the front porch at 808 Gay St. around 11:20 p.m. A bullet struck Hagans in the arm, and a friend drove him to the hospital.
Police described Jones as a black man, standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds. He was wearing a brown shirt and gray pants.
Jones remains at large.
