Rocky Mount, N.C. — A 17-year-old told Rocky Mount police that he was robbed by three people armed with handguns along Stokes Street early Sunday.
The teen said that he was leaving a McDonald's at the EP Mart, 951 Stokes St., around 2 a.m. when two men carrying handguns got out of white Ford Taurus. They stole four silver rings, a gold watch, two cell phones, an Echo coat and $160 from the teen, police said.
The men, who haven't been identified, left in the Taurus.
Police are continuing to investigate.
