Raleigh, N.C. — One lane on each side of the Beltline will be closed Sunday while a contractor does striping work as part of a resurfacing project.
The lane closures are taking place between Wake Forest Road and Wade Avenue from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Transportation officials said they scheduled the work this Sunday because of predicted mild weather. Work couldn't be done Saturday because of the North Carolina State University football game, officials said.
The work is part of stimulus-funded project to resurface 5.6 miles of Interstate 440.
