Site SearchWake Forest, N.C. — At the request of the Wake County Sheriff's Office, the state canceled the Silver Alert for Benjamin Blake Lumpkin, 25, of Wake Forest.
The alert was issued Thursday night for Lumpkin, who suffers from bi-polar disorder and severe depression.
Lumpkin was found safe, a sheriff's office spokeswoman said.
When he was missing, authorities said he was thought to have stolen a gun. He ws charged Friday afternoon with larceny of a firearm.
