Lejeune Marine charged in comrade's death

A Camp Lejeune Marine was arrested early Friday and charged in the death of a fellow Marine on the base in Onslow County, officials said.

Pvt. Jonathan Law, 21, was in military custody. No details of the incident, including the name of the victim, have been released.

Law is a supply administration clerk assigned to 2nd Supply Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, II Marine Expeditionary Force, officials said. He joined the Marines in August 2006 and served in Iraq from August 2007 to March 2008.
