Mr. Triplett's attempts at trying to steer the focus onto the unhappy employees and "disgruntled" veterans is another step in avoiding accepting the consequences of lack of effective management. He has not acknowledged numerous letters from me within the past few weeks requesting documentation surrounding allegations of complaints against me by the Hamlet CBOC. I have experienced the lack of support from Administration and breaks in the chain of command encouraged by the same. I am aware of employees other than myself who were removed from their hired position and placed in another without discussion. The favoritism among Administration and employees is not restricted by cultural entities....it seems more like if an employee is outspoken, not pliable or able to be intimidated then they are simply removed to become "someone else's problem". The Medical Center will need a CEO who actively participates and supports the employees. He/she will need to be walking the halls to see the problem
